How do I set up reusable payment links?
What's a 'reusable payment link' and how does it work?
If you often sell the same products or services to more than one customer, reusable payment links are a way for you to ask your customers to pay using the same payment link, no need to create a new one each time!
They can use the reusable link to see your payment request and to pay you directly, with all your payment details (such as the payment amount, a description and your bank account details) pre-filled.
Reusable payment links don't expire once they're paid, so they're useful to send to people if you sell the same products or services to more than one customer.
How can I create and share a payment link in the app?
Head to the 'Get Paid' tab and tap on 'Share payment link'.
This will create a payment request you can fill in with an amount and description, simply toggle on 'Save payment link' and it will be saved for future use.
You can share the reusable payment link via Email, SMS, WhatsApp etc, or you can share it at a later date, just head back to 'Create payment link' to see all your saved reusable links.
How do I edit or delete a reusable payment link?
Right now you're not able to edit a reusable payment link, so if you need to change any details it's best to delete it and create a new one.
You can do this in-app by heading to the 'Get Paid' tab and tapping 'Share payment link', tap again on the link and select 'Delete'.
Note: If you delete a reusable payment link, you won't be able to recover it in the future.
