Monzo Business: Web login and security
To log in to Monzo Business on the web, you’ll need access to the email address linked to your Monzo account and the Monzo app.
You can log in with a magic link or QR code.
If the sign-in email isn’t showing up, try:
checking junk or spam
checking you’re using the same email you use for Monzo
waiting a few minutes and trying again
For QR login, your phone and computer need to be on the same network.
You may need to approve the login in the Monzo app.
To keep things secure, don’t share sign-in links, QR codes or approval prompts with anyone. Only approve a login if you’re trying to log in yourself.
If you think someone else may have accessed your account, change your email password straight away and message us in the Monzo app so we can help.
