Insights helps you understand your business finances over time.
It can show summaries of your account activity, like:
money coming in
money going out
net income
spending by category
balance trends
targets, where available
Insights are based on your transactions and categories. They update automatically, so totals may change when transactions settle, are refunded, reversed or re-categorised.
Insights are useful for understanding patterns, but they’re not official statements.
If you need official records, use a bank statement.
