Monzo Business: Requesting an account ownership letter
You can request an account ownership letter as proof of your business account.
It confirms basic account details, like your business name, address and account information.
How to request one
Message us in the app and we’ll generate it for you.
We can send it in chat or by post to your registered address.
Important to know
only account Admins can request this
your business account must be active
we’ll need to verify your identity
the letter can’t be signed or stamped
we can only include factual information shown in your app or official account details
A bank statement is sometimes accepted as an alternative if you need proof quickly.
