Business banking: Changing your plan
You can change your Monzo Business plan in the app at any time.
Only account Admins can upgrade or downgrade a plan.
How plan changes work
You can move between Business Lite, Business Pro and Business Team whenever you like.
When you change your plan:
your monthly fee may change
the features available on the account may change
the number of people who can access the account may change
How to change your plan
Open your business account in the Monzo app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Business plan.
Choose the plan you want.
If you’re downgrading, you may need to remove team members first if the new plan has lower limits.
Changing your plan doesn’t affect who owns the account or who’s responsible for it.
