Draw Terms
To participate in the draw for VIP tickets for you and a friend to go to Up Close with Oprah Winfrey at 3 Arena, Dublin on 14 September 2026, you’ll need to act in good faith and accept these terms through the Monzo app. These legal terms are between you and Monzo Bank Europe Designated Activity Company (Monzo/us/we) located at Monzo, 1 Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Entering the draw 🎟
This draw is open to all Monzo personal banking customers who became customers before 8 September, who are Irish residents aged 18 or over who enter the draw and answer the question correctly, except Monzo employees.
It’s one entry per person and completely free. The draw is open until midday on Thursday, 10 September 2026.
Winning the draw 🏆
We’ll choose three winners at random from the entries received with the correct answer. If you’re a winner, we’ll contact you by app, email or phone to let you know by 11 September 2026. If you don’t respond to our outreach within 12 hours of receiving the app notification that you’ve won, we’ll have to give your prize to someone else.
Winners cannot exchange the tickets for cash or an alternative prize, and the tickets are non-transferrable to another person. So if you are not available to go to Up Close with Oprah Winfrey, we’ll have to pick another winner.
We will never ask for your PIN, password or bank details to claim a prize.
The small print 🔍
If you enter, we have to assume that you’ve read and agree to these terms and conditions. We have the right to refuse entry or the prize to anyone who’s breached these terms and conditions.
We’ll end or temporarily close the prize draw if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive or suspicious behaviour.
We’ll collect, store and process the data for everyone who enters the draw in line with our privacy notice. By entering, you give us permission to contact you about the draw.
And the last thing from us: Irish law applies to this prize draw and anyone who enters it, submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
