Fees and allowances
ATM Withdrawal Allowances:
Personal/Joint Accounts: €300 fee-free.
Sometimes, cash withdrawals fail because you don't have enough money to cover the withdrawal and our fees. The amount shown in the declined transaction will include the fee. We only ever charge a fee if you've exceeded your allowance.
Other Account Limits:
Contactless Payments: The contactless limit is €100 per transaction. After you spend €200 using contactless, we'll ask you to use Chip and PIN to keep you safe. You can also reduce this limit in the app.
You can view your fees and allowances by tapping the three dots at the bottom right corner of your card, then selecting "Fees and allowances".
