Under 16s: Helping your child log in
If your child has a device, you can help them log in to their Monzo app. You’ll need to have created an account for them first.
Using an Email
First, you'll need to add an email address to your child's account.
You can add their email by going to the Under 16s account in your app, tapping the three dots at the bottom right corner of their card, and selecting Manage account.
Your child can then download the Monzo app, tap I already have an account, enter their email address, and follow the steps to log in.
Using a Login QR Code
If your child doesn’t have an email, you can use a login QR code. Make sure they have the Monzo app downloaded on their device.
You can find the code by: Going to the Under 16s account in your app, tapping the three dots on their card, then selecting Show login QR code.
Your child can then: Open the Monzo app, tap I already have an account, select the QR login button, and scan the code with their camera.
