Monzo Business: Who can contact support and what we can help with
Who we can help — and what we can discuss — depends on your role on the business account.
Roles and access
Admins can contact support about all aspects of the account, including plans, limits, and team management.
Collaborators can get help with day-to-day tasks, but can’t make account-level changes.
Expense cardholders can only get help with their own card and spending.
For security reasons, we can only discuss information that matches your role and access level.
If you need help with something you don’t have permission to manage, ask an Admin on the account to contact us instead.
