Monzo Business: Why was my application rejected?
Sometimes we’re unable to open a Monzo Business account.
Applications can be stopped:
before an application is created, or
after an application has been submitted and reviewed
Some decisions are based on eligibility checks, and others are based on risk or compliance requirements.
What this means for you
If your application couldn’t proceed:
we’re not always able to share specific reasons
the decision may be final
applying again won’t always lead to a different outcome
