Monzo Business: Account features
We have a few features to help you get the most out of your Monzo Business account.
Insights: We’ve created Insights to help you make sense of your business’s financial health. You can see your cash flow, balance, and set targets right in the app or on the web.
Virtual Cards: These are digital-only cards that live in your Monzo app. Each one has unique details, so you can pay online without using your physical card details. With a Business Pro or Team account, you can have up to 5 active virtual cards at a time.
Pots for Business: Our Pots let you organize your money in a way that works for you. You can even pay for online subscriptions directly from a Pot by linking a virtual card to it.
Integrated Accounting: You can connect your accounting software, such as Xero to your account.
Auto-Exports: With a Business Pro or Team account, you can set up auto-exports to send your monthly bank statements or paid invoices to a Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
Custom Categories: You can create custom categories to organize your spending.
Fee-Free Spending Abroad: You can spend money abroad with no fees.
How to sign up
If you have an account: Go to the Home screen in your app, tap the + icon, and select Apply for business account. You will need to use the same email and phone number as your personal account.
If you don't have a personal or joint account: Download the Monzo app. When you open it, you will be prompted to provide your email and select business account to begin your application.
