Monzo Business: Account features
Here are some of the tools you can use with Monzo Business (availability depends on your plan):
Insights: Helps you understand your business finances over time, including cash flow and spending by category (in the app and on the web).
Virtual cards: Digital-only cards with unique card details for online spending. On Business Pro or Team, you can have up to 5 active virtual cards at a time.
Pots for Business: Organise your money into Pots. You can also link a virtual card to a Pot to pay for online subscriptions from that Pot.
Accounting integrations: Connect supported accounting software (for example, Xero).
Auto-exports (Pro and Team): Automatically export statements or paid invoices to Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
Custom categories: Create your own spending categories to keep things organised.
Fee-free spending abroad: Pay in other currencies with no Monzo fees (your card network may apply exchange rates).
How to sign up
If you already have Monzo: on Home, tap + → Apply for business account
If you’re new to Monzo: download the Monzo app and choose Business account when you open it
