Moving from the waitlist into early access
People move up the waitlist in controlled waves. When you reach the top, the app unlocks the option to apply for Early Access.
You’ll still need to:
Complete onboarding in the app (this usually takes around 10 minutes)
Be approved before you can start using your Monzo account
You can’t add money until onboarding is complete and your card is activated.
