Scheduled payments with Monzo

You can schedule money to be sent automatically on a date you choose.

Scheduled payments can be one-off or repeating.

How to set up a scheduled payment

  1. Open the Monzo app.

  2. Go to Payments → Pay someone.

  3. Choose a saved person or enter their details.

  4. Enter the amount.

  5. Tap Scheduled.

  6. Choose the date and whether the payment should repeat.

  7. Confirm.

## How to find your scheduled payments

  1. Go to Payments → Scheduled payments.

  2. If you see Calendar and Manage, choose Manage.

  3. Select the payment you want to view.

Calendar shows upcoming payments by date, while Manage shows your scheduled payments list.

How to edit a scheduled payment

  1. Go to Payments → Scheduled payments.

  2. Select Manage, if shown.

  3. Choose the payment.

  4. Edit the amount, date or frequency.

## How to cancel a scheduled payment

  1. Go to Payments → Scheduled payments.

  2. Select Manage, if shown.

  3. Choose the payment.

  4. Tap Cancel scheduled payment.

Once a payment shows as Sent, you can't cancel it through the scheduled payment settings.

## What if my scheduled payment hasn't arrived?

If a payment was due to be sent but hasn't arrived, get in touch with us.

We can check whether the payment was sent and help you understand what happens next.
