💳 Your card details and billing address

Your card details are your:

  1. Card number

  2. Expiry date

  3. Card verification code — also called your CVC

You'll need your card details and billing address to pay for things online.

Your billing address is the address your card is registered to. Your parent or guardian sets this. It might be different to your delivery address.

To find your card details and billing address:

  1. Go to your Home screen.

  2. Tap Card.

  3. Enter your PIN, or use Face ID or fingerprint scan.

  4. You'll see your card details.

  5. Your billing address is below your card details.

When you pay online, enter your billing address exactly as you see it in the app.

If you're 14 or over, once your primary parent or guardian has enabled payments and you've passed your ID check, you'll also see your IBAN and BIC here. People can use these details to send you SEPA Standard and SEPA Instant euro transfers from Spain and other SEPA-area countries. There's no cap on incoming SEPA payments.

If you're under 14, or payments aren't enabled, you won't have an IBAN and can't receive bank transfers into this account.
