Budgeting and Debt: Finanzas para Todos offers free tools and guidance to help with budgeting, managing debt, and understanding your finances.
General Money Guidance: Banco de España provides consumer information on everyday banking and other financial topics.
Financial Insecurity: Cáritas provides support to people facing hardship and exclusion in Spain.
Illegal Money Lenders: If you’ve borrowed from an illegal lender or have been threatened, you should contact Policía Nacional or Guardia Civil. If your complaint is about a supervised financial institution, you may also be able to complain to Banco de España.
Internet Access: Spain’s public digital skills initiatives can help people build digital confidence and access online services. A good starting point is Administración.gob.es.
