Monzo has 24/7 customer support for anything urgent
Some things need urgent support. These are usually situations where waiting could increase the risk of physical, emotional or financial harm to you, or someone who depends on you.
What we treat as urgent
We treat these types of support requests as urgent:
Problems using your Monzo account
This includes urgent help with:
accessing the Monzo app
making payments with your Monzo card
making payments in the Monzo app
accessing your overdraft, if you have one
cancelling your account or card straight away because it’s been lost or stolen
Fraud or financial crime
This includes support if you’re a victim of suspected or actual fraud or financial crime.
Time-sensitive support if you’re vulnerable
We’ll also treat your request as urgent if you:
are at risk of harming yourself or someone else
have told us about a previous threat to life in the last 6 months
are in danger or at risk of being harmed, and need to leave somewhere urgently
need emergency access to money for food, bills, vital medication or housing
are stranded somewhere
