Move up the waitlist by referring a friend
If you’re on the Monzo waitlist, you can tap Move up in the Waitlist Hub to refer a friend.
How it works:
Open the Monzo app and go to the Waitlist Hub
Tap Move up
Choose how you want to share your invite link
Send the link to your friend
Your friend opens the link, enters their email address, and joins the waitlist
Once your friend joins using your link:
You move up the waitlist
Your friend moves up the waitlist
Important things to know:
Moving up the waitlist doesn’t guarantee Early Access
You’ll still need an invite to apply and complete sign up
Referring a friend doesn’t trigger the €25 sign-up reward
The €25 is a sign-up reward if you later open an account. It is paid only after the account is approved, you finish sign up and complete card activation (or Apple Pay / Google Pay).
