How to opt in to Lead Bank

We're very excited to announce our partnership with Lead Bank. With Lead Bank, we look forward to offering new features that will support our customers on their money management journey.

To be able to take advantage of these future features, any customers who joined Monzo prior to August 4, 2025, will need to opt-in to Lead Bank. The process is simple, and only takes 2 minutes to complete! Once you've opted in, you will be immediately issued a new Monzo account number and card number.

 

To opt-in to Lead Bank, you will need to:

  • Review and accept your new account's Terms and Conditions;

  • Confirm your mailing address for your new Monzo physical card;

  • Review and update anything that uses your Monzo account and/or card numbers (think your payroll, subscriptions, etc.).
