Team access levels
Choose the level of access each team member has to the account: admin, collaborator or expense cardholder.
Admin – can see and do everything the account owner can, including making account changes.
Collaborator – can do day-to-day tasks like bookkeeping and making payments. Get Team from €20 a month and you can set limits for collaborators.
Expense cardholder – can spend on their expense card and view their activity, but nothing else. Only available with Team from €20 a month.
Sole traders can have a team of 3
Being a sole trader doesn’t mean doing everything on your own.
Add 2 team members and give them collaborator access (Pro and Team, starting from €7 a month) or expense cardholder access (Team only, from €20 a month). Ts&Cs apply.
Limited companies can have a team of 15
Limited companies can have a team of up to 15 with the first 6 team members included, then €5 a month per team member after that.
The team of 15 can be made up of admins (3 maximum), collaborators or expense cardholders.

Employee expense cards that let selected team members spend up to limits you set for them and save everyone from endless expense admin.
You see all spending – and your team members see their own, so you all have a handle on what’s going in and out.
You set the limits – setting monthly spend limits gives employees the freedom to spend, while you stay in control.
You sail through admin – receipts, reasons for spending and VAT rates are all there in the app for you to check in one go.
