Opting out of marketing emails

To opt out of marketing emails, go to your Monzo app settings. From the home screen of your Monzo app and tap your profile picture in the top left, then tap the ⚙️ icon in the top right.

Inside of settings you'll need to disable two options.

First, tap Privacy & Security and disable Personalized marketing. Then, tap Notifications and disable News and updates.

If you ever want to start getting marketing emails again, just make sure both those options are enabled 📧
