How do I reopen my closed Monzo account?

If you want to reopen an account - all you need to do is contact us!

The easiest way to get a hold of us is to email us at usa-help@monzo.com. We'll ask for some quick verification info, then we can get your account re-opened.

When you reopen your account, you can keep using your same account and routing information as before - but, we will need to send a new card out (even if you still have the old card on hand).

We aren't able to open a brand new account if you previously had a Monzo account in the US. So if you have a closed account - we ask that you re-open the existing account instead of creating a new account.
