Reporting a scam

If you've been tricked by a fraudster into sending them money, please chat to us in the app so we can help:

  • Tap the Help icon in the menu bar

  • Search ‘Reporting a scam’

  • Tap Get in touch at the bottom of the article

If you are not a Monzo customer, please contact your bank, who will in turn contact us.

If you have time, please report it to Action Fraud so they can stop others from becoming victims of the same scam, too.
