👛 Adding to Apple Pay or Google Pay

You need to be 14 or over to use Apple Pay or Google Pay with us.

If you’re on iPhone and your device doesn’t already have Apple Wallet, you can download the app to use Apple Pay.

If you’re on Android and your device doesn’t already have Google Wallet, you can download the app to use Google Pay.

If you’re 14 or over and the option shows in your app:

  1. Go to your Home screen.

  2. Tap Card.

  3. Tap Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay.

  4. Follow the steps to verify and set it up.

You’ll then be able to pay with your phone, or online, using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Troubleshooting

If you’re having issues, you can try:

  • checking you’re 14 or over

  • checking your card has been activated in Monzo

  • checking your card isn’t frozen or blocked

  • checking your device supports Apple Pay or Google Pay

  • adding your card directly in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

If the option still doesn’t show, speak to your parent or guardian.
