Monzo Business: Apply for an account online

You can start your Monzo Business application online.

We’ll ask for your email address to get started. If you already have a Monzo personal account, use the same email address for your business account.
We’ll ask for some information about you and your business. This may include:
your full name and date of birth
your home address in Spain
your business address
your business type
information about what your business does
your industry or activity
details about people who own, direct, administer or control the business
You can apply if you’re:
an autónomo, or
a director or administrator of a sociedad limitada
You’ll also need to:
be based in Spain
be aged 18 or over
apply while physically in Spain
not use a VPN
If you’re applying for a sociedad limitada, we may need to check details about directors, administrators, shareholders, beneficial owners or people who control the business.
Once you’ve given us the details we need, you may need to continue in the Monzo app. You may also need to send us a quick video and some ID so we can check you are who you say you are.
We’ll check your eligibility during sign-up.
