What is Salary Sorter?
Salary Sorter is a way for you to quickly and automatically organize your paychecks into different Pots.
When you get a paycheck in Monzo - you will see the option to “sort” the payment by tapping on the paycheck in your recent transactions 💰
From there, you can choose how much money you want to send to each of the Pots you have in your account. If you have a joint account, you will also see the option to send some money to the joint account.
You can also toggle the “Set it and forget it” option - and each time we see a paycheck that looks similar to your last one, we will automatically sort it for you using the same percentages you chose the first time 🤖 If your paycheck amount differs, or comes from multiple places - we will notify you if we have any issues sorting the payment.
If you prefer to do things hands-on, you can leave the automatic option turned off and then you can just use Salary Sorter manually each time you get paid.
