🆔 Under 18s Photo ID Help

To confirm your details we’ll ask you to take a photo of your ID for us to review. Which ID to use depends on your citizenship.

If you’re a Spanish citizen

We can only accept your DNI card as ID. If you don’t have one, or it’s expired, you’ll need to ask your parent or guardian to organise a new one for you.

If you’re an EU/EEA* or Swiss citizen

You can share either your passport or your national ID card.

If you’re not an EU/EEA* or Swiss citizen

We prefer a TIE card, but if you don’t have one, we can use your passport instead.

Things to remember

  • you must live in Spain

  • your ID must not have expired

  • your name and date of birth need to match what your parent or guardian told us when they opened your account

  • follow our photo guidelines – this helps us confirm your details faster

We’ll encrypt your info and store it securely, and only use it to verify your identity.
