What to do if you don't receive your login email:

  1. Check your email address is definitely correct. It can be very easy to mistype!

  2. Wait for 10 minutes – sometimes your email provider will delay the email arriving in your inbox.

  3. Check your Spam folder (and please mark it as Not Spam).

  4. If you use Gmail, check your Promotions folder (and please move them into your main folder).

  5. If you have changed email addresses, you’ll need to send us a message.

If none of the above work, please send us an email to help@monzo.com from your registered email address and we’ll get you up and running!
