I haven't received my £5 referral bonus
If you signed up through a Golden Ticket, or referred a friend using one, you'll receive £5 credit after the new user's card is used (either online, in store or by Apple/Google Pay).
Make sure signing up is kicked off through the Golden Ticket link, otherwise we won't be able to match the two users and you won't be credited. You'll need to make sure you use the same email address as well 😊
If you downloaded the Monzo app and signed up separately, or you'd ever been in the process of signing up before you received the link, then you won't be credited.
If you think you should have received your credit by now but haven't, please send us a message and we can look into it. If you could send over the email of the person who referred you as well, that'd be really helpful! 😊
