Covid-19 is impacting us all in many ways. Travel plans are changing, events are cancelled, and many people across the country are being asked to self-isolate to protect from further spread of the virus.

If you are affected by coronavirus, it could also impact your income, your finances, and how you're able to manage your money. That's why we want to reassure you that we're well-equipped to support you and keep Monzo running.

We're online when you need us, even if we can't make it to the office

We routinely work from home at Monzo so we're well set up to make sure our staff are able to continue to support you as usual, without interruption. Feel free to drop us a message if you have any questions or concerns.

Our team is prepared to help if you're owed a refund

If you've bought tickets using your Monzo card for a trip or an event which has been cancelled, we're here to help. Let us know if you need any support in seeking a refund and we'll help you figure out the next steps.

If you're concerned about your money the National Foundation for Credit Counseling offers free support. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau also has some information available for consumers here
